I was an angel living in the garden of evil...

The latest and final shoot for my styling course! This time the theme is renaissance, and I have to admit that this was my favourite shoot so far! Had so much fun styling and customising the halo and the skirt---I'm so wearing it for Christmas!

I think the inspiration is pretty obvious, I was inspired by the renaissance painting of the Virgin Mary, there's something about the way the painters painted Her, She just seemed really elegant but melancholic to me.
So here it is my own interpretation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a little bit more vain and over the top but still modest and elegant.
Hope you guys love this shoot as much as I do!

Out of the Blue

Here it is the photoshoot for the scandinavian shoot we did a few weeks back!
For this shoot it's all about being minimal and quite clean, but to me it's more fun when something looks a little bit more quirky, just in the slight details I paired it with some trainer socks with derby and rolled the trousers up, it almost reminded me of that tall awkward boy we all know from middle school. And of course the bomber jacket was the main piece of this shoot that made everything a lot more interesting, thanks to my designer friend Anna Kim for the piece.

It's fur season

Lately I've realised that I got an obsession with furs...! Specially pastel ones.
This one that I got on is by Helen Moore, love that there's two tones of blue, pastel and navy. The combination of these two, in my opinion, makes it look a bit more quirky and actually even easier to wear.
And what's more important is it kept me warm during a rainy London weather!
Let's also appreciate how cool the graffiti looks! Sorry if you hated the human centipede reference, but I loved it.

Scandinavian photoshoot

Scandinavian themed photoshoot.
That was my first time styling a male model but it was so much fun! As it was a scandi themed shoot, I decided to choose something quite simple but still contemporary, the main piece for the shoot if the bomber jacket by Anna Kim, as it has a lot of interesting detailing in it already I thought I'll just let it be the focus. I also wanted it to have more of a sport luxe vibe so I paired it with a crisp white shirt and trousers, and trainers socks to finish the look.
The official photos will be up around next week. But I hope you all enjoy this sneak peaks and backstage pictures!

70s themed styling - backstage

Our first editorial photoshoot with the London College of Style! The theme was 70s inspired.
My inspiration for this 70s shoot was based on the stylish Jane Birkin and a mix of the quirkiness of Annie Hall.
It was such and amazing experience and it was so much fun to style the model Becky Dejong.
Can not wait to see the final editorials!
