I just had the perfect getaway last week, left everything behind in London and escaped to Tokyo for a few days, it was great, did a lot of shopping and of course the food was just amazing!

Seeing stripes

I'm finally back home after a week in Japan! Did quite a lot of shopping when I was in Tokyo, and I can't wait to wear all the cute stuffs that I got!! I'm surely missing the busy streets around Ginza and Shinjuku!
One thing I'm happy about being back home is that I can see my family and my best friend. Like today Silvia and I were just catching up, talking for 4 hours straight! No wonder she started to have a soar throat again haha!

Clearly I was in the mood for camel and stripes, but I feel like they compliment each other rather well. I'm really liking stripy jumpers, and there's no secret that I'm obsessed with fur collars....! but it just makes the outfit a bit more interesting in my opinion specially this one, it's kinda quirky with the stripes.

I was an angel living in the garden of evil...

The latest and final shoot for my styling course! This time the theme is renaissance, and I have to admit that this was my favourite shoot so far! Had so much fun styling and customising the halo and the skirt---I'm so wearing it for Christmas!

I think the inspiration is pretty obvious, I was inspired by the renaissance painting of the Virgin Mary, there's something about the way the painters painted Her, She just seemed really elegant but melancholic to me.
So here it is my own interpretation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a little bit more vain and over the top but still modest and elegant.
Hope you guys love this shoot as much as I do!

Pastels and Studs

Last sunday, my friend, Inez and I went to Hoxton Hotel for some brunch, let me tell you that it was the perfect start of the day. What's better than brunch on a lazy sunday?!
The environment of the Hoxton hotel is just really cool, for some reason it reminds me a little bit of Brooklyn, well... funny is that I've never been there but to me that is how Brooklyn should look like!

I felt a bit baroque that day for sure, not sure if it was those big hoop earrings or this amazing studded shorts, as we were just out for brunch and of course some xmas shopping I wanted to dress it down by pairing a 3 tone sweater.

It's fur season

Lately I've realised that I got an obsession with furs...! Specially pastel ones.
This one that I got on is by Helen Moore, love that there's two tones of blue, pastel and navy. The combination of these two, in my opinion, makes it look a bit more quirky and actually even easier to wear.
And what's more important is it kept me warm during a rainy London weather!
Let's also appreciate how cool the graffiti looks! Sorry if you hated the human centipede reference, but I loved it.
